I have had an extremely painful neck for two days. It started midday and it wasn't an injury as I was only sitting down at the time, it just happened. I couldn't turn it or anything. I found it extremely painful to even lift my head. It was on the left hand side I went to bed at half 8 that night and slept for twelve hours straight, for some reason I was extremely tired. My neck has more or less recovered but now I have a similar pain in my right armpit and yet again rather tired. It as if my armpit was draining my neck pain, the better my neck got the worse my armpit got. My appetite hasn't been the best, I could eat now but I don't feel the need to even though I last ate about 6 hours ago. Eating would just be for the sake of it. If it is of any help I have had chronic hives for about a year, I'm and 18 year old female, I take medication for my hives and I have IBS although I rarely take the medication for this as it doesn't really do anything. Also I had no hives when I woke up from when I slept for that long amount of time, which never happens!
Now this is just a humble opinion. Neck pain + Strange underarm pinching / muscle cramp pain = Gallbladder. If it - it should - wears off over the coming days then you passed a little stone
