Anybody experience this in peri, its quite bad at the moment, does peri affect one's nerves 🤔
I am constantly having neck and shoulder pain. Left side and feels like a pulled muscle under my shoulder blade. I have had this going on a year now. Its a daily ritual of heat and ice packs. I am starting to see a pattern that i am feeling at my worst when i have the pain in neck.shoulder.
Its driving me insane.
Yeah I have this but the pain is in my neck. If I try to turn my neck to one side it is really sore. I’ve tried everything. It’s my only symptom with the past few days and I’m also excited by that. How sad is that
Thank you both, I do believe it is a decline in estrogen and I’ve had enough of it.
