I've had this small lump on my neck, directly below my ear for about 4-5 years now, it never grows, doesn't hurt, but lately with my anxiety being really high, it's scaring the crap outta me. I have a goiter also on that side and sometimes I feel like it's choking me so I touch it and I move my fingers up to the other lump also and I freak. Anyone else ever deal with a neck lump?
Deborah - Nothing to fear. Next time you see your doctor have them take a look or maybe an ENT doctor. It’s probably nothing that can’t be explained and or addressed. Try not to let your worries get the best of you. Just have it looked at and I’m sure you’ll be fine. Deep breaths... Your good.
