Hi Shana,

I have the Tight band around the throat as part of the burning mouth syndrome. Burning mouth is not restricted to the tongue it can be the lips and throat, roof of mouth, inner cheeks etc. so the name burning mouth syndrome is a little misleading.
I have burning mouth syndrome, i’ve had it for about 2-3yrs. I have the burning tongue from halfway down to the tip and burning lower lip and burning throat… It is one of the more painful and irritating symptoms of Peri for me. I wont complain about all my other symptoms. i’ve whinged about them here too often.
I hope you find some relief from yours. I take carbamazepine for that and the skin burning i have down the left side of my face and body.

Yes Yes Yes me tooo having tight neck, heavyness in head, headaches , buzzing sound in head and head pressure .
My legs r like jelly ..too painful too
