Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me,
Early on today I was trying to fix my hydraulic arm on my bed, as it slipped the bed and mattress cam down ontop of my neck and arms.
I was stuck for roughly 5 to 10 mins.
I have a very sore and swollen neck and the top of my spine is very tender aswell.
about 3 hours after this I noticed I had pin prick like marks around my eyes and on my eye lids,
Do I need to be worried about this or is it just normal for my injury?

They're called Petechiae, nothing to worry about,, especially if in your struggles you was getting strangled a bit

If everything else appears in order (nerve wise, no numbness / pins and needles in the neck, shoulders, arms and or fingers) then you've probably just given your cervical vertebrae a good knock, bruised the bone / s. It may take a few weeks for these to stop their groaning, if you are worried see your Doctor, maybe some Ibuprofen Gel rubbed on and some Paracetamol would help
