Need advice!!!

I started taking citalopram 3 days ago and i've been having some side affects, the first day i vommited a couple of times and had non stop diarrhea, second day just diarrhea and then a tremble started in my jaw which i thought was odd. Then yesterday i was fine all day just the tremble in my jaw until i laid in bed , i was just dozing off when i got a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. And then my legs and arms and jaw was shaking uncontrollably. I went to the hospital and every test came back fine. They think it was just a panic attack...

But i think it was from the medication. Has anyone else ever experienced this ?? I couldnt bring myself to take it again this morning , i am way to scared for that to happen again.

Could this possibly be avoided if i take it at night right before bed ?

The trembling in my legs and arm only happened when i laid down and was relax.

We had a big snow storm today so my doctors office is closed ! I dont know what to do.

Yes I went threw the shakes it's was horrible and I also had really bad muscle tension in my legs also. It part of the side effects they will pass, they are harmless u could try taking to at night, but they make keep u up, but than other people take them st night because it makes them really sleepy.

Your anxiety etc gets worse the first few days and I take mine at night but had the nervy tummy shaking and feeling sick and not much appetite at first but this is normal it definitely gets better I'm really good 4 months down the line.
