Need advice

Hey I'm Chris I'm a 20 year old male that plays basketball I've recently for the past 2 months had shortness of breath from time to time and chest pains that vary in diffent parts of my body sometimes even my lower stomach and also I have heart palpitations. I don't smoke drink or anything like that. I went to the doctor to see if I had any heart problems because from searching some of my symptoms on google that's what I thought it would be. I got an body x-ray & a ECG two times, my blood pressure is considered normal & got a blood test. After I got my results back from it all they said I was in good health, have no signs of nothing serious like a heart attack or anything like that and that it might be just anxiety and gave me some pills after that things got better for me for like a week but I still have heart palpitations and now sometimes I feel tightness or some blocklage type feeling in my chest like it's hard for me to breath sometimes and being a basketball player I'm scared if I keep playing and going to workouts that I might die from an enlarged heart even tho my doctor told me I am in good health I still worry that I'm not. Can anybody help me with some advice? I thank you in advance cause I have been worried sick

Christopher

You are as fit as a Lop, be happy about it, you have had a tranche of tests so move on and play your Sport.

Check your weight and consider if the game is affecting your nerves and this is stressing you. I wish I was twenty and taking my class for Volley Ball, Table Tennis and other activities. I am in my mid sixties and was born with a hole in my heart and still I am around and kicking, just about. Stop worrying you are healthy sometime when younger we can feel our heartbeat and when or heart beats sometimes we can feel it.

Enjoy your live, you are heading for a wonderful ride, look towards your next eighty years
