I been dating my boyfriend for 6 months we have always had unprotected sex i have never had these blisteres happen to me i got the swap test today because it was hurting when i would walk or sit down and it burned as well please tell me if i have genital herpes im scared and nervous to get the results.
and as well from the 6 months of me having sexual intercourse this has never happened
have the sores leaked and fluids ? im got something similar on one side of my private i have 7 blister looking bumps… ive been foing alot of research from everything ive seen and read it does look lile herpes but im not dr just saying from what research i did . I’m almost certain thats whst mine is but can’t be sure til test results.
although it looks like herpes,i strongly believe this is bacterial,nothing would answer your question except the test result,so pls keep us with your updates and relax cause i see nothing to be worried about

It does look a lot like herpes blisters to be honest.
It could be bacterial too. Hopefully you won’t have to wait long for the results, did they give you medication to start before the results come back?
go get this check. Does look like herpes blisters but just to be sure have them swabbed while they are still open
It does look like it could be an HSV outbreak.
keep in mind, HSV can lay be carried and transmitted for years without any symptoms and is not tested for on your regular STD tests.
80% of the population has HSV, 80% of them don’t know it.
its possible either you or your partner were the carrier and just asymptomatic.
If someone has cold sores, or ever have in their life, they can transmit HSV through oral sex as well.
Its not a horrible virus, the stigma is the worst part!
Honestly, you still live your whole life, you can still have kids naturally if you want them, nothing at all changes!
the outbreaks are annoying, but nothing will ever be as bad as the first one.
If you get reoccurring outbreaks or you want to lower the chances of transmission, you can take daily meds that will help suppress the virus.
Your boyfriend should go get an IGG type blood test, if its negative, have him test again in 4 months as the body needs to build enough antibodies to test positive.
Herpes is seriously nothing serious!
looks and sounds similar to herpes but always hoping for the best! you can have sex with a person with herpes many times and not be infected. it only takes one time when they are shedding the virus for you to catch it. you prob had sex during one of the times he was shedding
yesterday when i did let out alot of liquid in my underwear like if it was water i been looking up and that is what is it saying that i could be herpes i get me test results today or tomorrow the latest.
I haven’t got the results yet I should be getting them today or tomorrow the latest.
last week I did wear two tight thongs that made me feel uncomfortable while i was at work and i clean i sweat alot i wear jeans to top it off im hoping it could be from that
That is what im afraid of that it’s herpes my doctor did put me on medication and on a cream to help me as of right now but i have a strong feeling it is herpes… I keep praying and hoping it could be something else but im so scared.
I got it swapped yesterday I’m just waiting for my results

It isn’t a nice diagnosis to hear but honestly it’s not the life long sentence you think when you first find out.
I forget I have it most of the time now and once you get through the first outbreak it gets so much easier.

If I never had this and i only been with my boyfriend it had to come from him or is there different ways for you to get herpes? and how was it when you first found how long does it take into the blisters go away and where you able to have sexual intercourse the same
If you’ve only ever had sex with your current partner chances are high that you caught it from him, although I have read that it is possible to transfer the virus on towels etc.
I was around 6 months into a relationship with my partner when I had my first outbreak and they said there were 2 possibilities…
- I caught it from a previous partner, the virus lay dormant for months or years and then I had an outbreak (we were moving house at the time and stressed which can cause an outbreak)
- My current partner has the virus but has never noticed symptoms as they can be so mild or non existent in men
When I was first diagnosed it was honestly the worst time ever, my first outbreak was so painful and the emotional pain was hard too. I cried multiple times a day and just felt so down about it. BUT it got so much better!
As for sex I can’t remember how long it was before we had sex again but it wasn’t that long maybe a few weeks. I was paranoid that my partner wouldn’t want to do it and was worried about catching it but he was very reassuring which helped

i have this on mine too. but all my symptoms are similar to a yeast infection..
