Hi guys. So i had sex with a lady who with a very good chance has HIV, condom broke, however after a few insertion, i realised it, pulled out and stopped. Next day i started pep medication and on Friday, day 31 i tested negative, however i do feel.like i have all the symptoms. feeling uncomfortable by arms and groin Irritable throat Losing energy on my legs and hands. reading up about the symptoms, im not sure if my nodes are swollen, feel like bumbs or muscle. i found out that you cant takes in count the first 30 days at all? I am stressed to point thats its affecting my job, family life.
If you realised straight away that the condom broke, then stopped until you washed it & put a new condom on. Then it’s very unlikely that you got infected.
Good you got tested, you will need to have another in 3 months to be sure.
But certainly seems you have some problems, so if you haven’t already, make a doctors appointment for those issues.
