my Vaginally opening looks very weird it has the pasty like discharge but there's no Symptoms. no burning no itching nothing but its strange look. and there's the bright red marks as if its raw but it feels fine
it comes off and seems to accumulate overnight. I don't want to waste a doctor visit if I don't have too.
is this of concern? Should I make an appointment?

Irregular washing or not washing your genitalia well can cause it to build up. It is normal to have some smegma but when left alone it may produce an unpleasant odor and cause itchiness. When showering, it is important that you wash between the folds of your labia and underneath the clitoral hood. Also, be mindful of the types of products you are using as the skin surrounding your vulva looks very dry.

I had been just using water cause it so irritated all the time but I need to find a soap that won’t bother me.
i use dial soap bar down there only. either the white one or the gold bar. try using that to wash lightly.

Yes it’s just a build up I use a wash cloth and warm water to clean mine.
