Need help! Does this look like Herpes??

skin is dry, itchy, red, and as you can see pretty scaly… i have no clue what it could be but i have bad anxiety and its making me nervous (herpes or hiv are main concerns)… let me know what your opinion is

theres no puss or blisters or anything of that nature and its not painful either

is it testable without the open sores, if i have it its from recent exposure

there needs to be sores present for a swab test. that doesnt look like herpes. maybe its eczema

thanks jane, went to my doctor today and he said the same… just dry skin (solution: 1% hydrocodisone and mosturizer) lol what a headache

Does not look like herpes at all to me. Maybe a skin irritation of sorts.
