Okay so I'm in college right now in class! And I'm on the verge of a panic attack. My arms and legs are weak and I've really bad butterfly's in my stomach 😟
Really can't leave class I just need some tips or anything on how to control this right now ! Can anyone help. Thanks

Breathing is okay just the butterfly's and weakness In arms and of course the string of thoughts that I'm goin to get a huge attack!
remember big deep breaths..... in through your nose and out through your mouth how you doing?
Tell yourself to calm down and breathe deeply in out in out as slowly as you can if you can put your hands on your stomach as you do this - you can hide this action under the desk if you have one. You will calm down just tell yourself so. " I will calm down, I will calm down - breathing deeply. You'll be OK if you believe you"ll be OK. Take care.
Get some water or a drink and sip it and try and think about something else, or start talking to someone you need to distract your mind
