About 10 years ago I noticed a raw feeling when washing my vulva. It felt strange but didn't quite make much of it then. Visited my obg who said its herpes, did the test came back negative. During the years, I've visited more 3 more obg who didn't find anything abnormal and said it all looked fine. Lately though, it started hurting not only when I touch it, but constantly. It feels like burning sensation, irritated skin and looks likes hpv? Also I think it spread... I've been to another obg last week, he checked me and said he doesn't know what that is either. The pap smear and other tests came back OK. But the pain is messing with me, and it feels unbearable to touch, even sit now. It's even affected my sex life. Libido is down to 0 for a long time now. Please help with some advice treatment option? I'm done spending money on OBG's who can't help... :(
All I can see is some Fordyce spots, which is normal.
