As you see there are white looking bumps at the bottom of the glans also the skin is not smooth like the rest...i tried cream but nothing changed i'm really desperate about it any help or advice would be appreciated.
I’m not sure what it is. Could be fungal, bacterial, some other skin issue like a friction burn. Since it’s causing you a lot of distress I advise to stop self treating with creams and book in to see a doctor as soon as possible.
