So I was due to see a dermatologist for a few things months ago, but due to the COVID situation it's been postponed indefinitely. This was one of the things I was going to bring up. I wanted a definite answer from a specialist of what they are so I can look into cosmetic treatment, so I was wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction. It's the ones in the middle. I have fordyce spots towards the bottom, and what seems to be a 'tyson gland' near the top. But I don't understand what the collection of spots in the middle is? I've been looking at images on Google trying to make a match.. The only things that look similar are genital warts and herpes.. But they seem to lack the irritation those two things apparently have. So I'm lost.
