Good Afternoon,
I recently got checked and cleared for STD's but the last week Ive been feeling pain around the tip of my penis. I don't have any discharge or fowl smells. Just irritation around the tip of my penis and my foreskin. Today I notice that my penis when flaccid looks strange wrinkly. I have no idea what it could be. Could it be balanitis ? The reason i think its balanitis is by similar pictures I've found online that looks similar to my penis when it isn't flaccid.
