I've come to a n e now for the 9th time been having a out of body experience and feeling wide eyed and feel like there is something stuck in my chest a lot with some shakes. Does anyone have these too?????????????????????? I'm still in a panic ain't been seen yet but waiting still scared I'm even crying
Out of body experience you my have depersonalization?..does things feel unreal?
My daughter has been having the same thing.it's scaring her bad.But I used to have it years ago,it will let up,I used to feel like I was in a dream and my dreams at night made me feel so weird.But I got through it,I've been helping my daughter through it.Just try to stay busy and talk to some one about it,it will help you.
