New sexual partner, noticed these a few days ago after first having sex with her 14 days ago. She's prone to Yeast infection. No pain or itching. What the hell is this?! freaked myself out thinking its Genital Herpes! Need help!!!

Dear edward,
The photos indicate you have punctate balanitis, a typical reaction to the presence of a yeast (Candida) infection. Your description and account of your partner’s condition fits the picture. Try applying some clotrimazole (Canesten) cream to the glans. Ultimately, the best way of managing it is for your partner to have her thrush treated.
Very occasionally, punctate (thrush) balanitis may be a sign of undiagnosed diabetes. So if this keeps recurring even if you’re not sexually active you ought to see your doctor and request a test for diabetes.
Rgds,
Adhari
