Need help on how to taper off 1mg of lorazepam

Hi.. At this moment I'm taking 5mg of lorazepam but it seems that my anxiety is even worse than before.. How would I taper off if my anxiety seems worst at times.. Need to get off starting to feel sick from it.. Any questions about how I should do this..

If you are having these undesirable side effects then I would tell your dr.
