There is a hard bump on my face that i had gotten when i was pregnant and it has grown over the year. Not to big . but it has a black spot in middle. That keeps coming back after i pop it. I have tried getting everything out but can't. Still have small area that still is hard under skin. But last night i poped it again and there was small seed like stuff that came out. 3 little peices.

The bump moves when u push from side to side and does give me pain unless i start squeezing it. It goes down a bit but still got small hard like bump under skin. What can i do? And what is it? Please help or inbox me

You should see a dermatologist. The doctor would be able to get the capsule out as well as its contents. Once he does that it usually doesn’t come back. He would likely also send fir biopsy. It may just be a sabaceous cyst. I had one on my back with a black spot that was removed.

Yep,sebaceous cyst with compacted sebum. I think Tami is right.

Could be a black head the inner white is pus and a derm needs to remove the whole blackhead capsule then it will not come back. A simple proceedure have had a few . It oil Glands that cause them very normal.
