Do you all feel/felt pain on your elbow joints -? is it also considered as signs of EBV?

I experienced joint pain in lots of different places, including the elbows. I still get it now (11 weeks in), although not as bad at the start. Mine seemed to jump to a different joint every couple of days! It’s disturbing but apparently very common according to lots of posts I’ve seen on this forum
