I dont really see any bumps. Could it just be dry, dead skin? Any photos that show your concerns more clearly?

more focused on the small bumps on the head of my penis and the crater like things on my head to. Does not leak anything does not burn or bleed. just wanting to know what they are

That’s really nothing to worry about. Unless it’s itchy, causing pain when you’re urinating or it’s developing a rash, then you have nothing to be worried about. Also, you didn’t say if you’ve been sexually active or not so I can’t really say anything.
Everything looks fairly normal…just ppp’s around the rim of your head.
