Need help to understand what this might be

I am a 33y/o dude, the last I had sex was 9 months ago, with a woman I met on tinder. It was unprotected oral but protected vaginal. The next day after sex, I had a small blister and then it vanished but I had painful urination, inflammation and discharge. I got tested for HIV/HSV1 and 2/VDRL all came negative, doctor prescribed me doxy and azithromycin for a month. But during this time I was frequently getting burning sensation during pee and the penis head used to get inflamed and painful. I went to a doctor again after 8 months, again tested for HIV/HSV1 and 2/VDRL and everything came negative again, the doc suggested it is Balanitis if it’s recurring after all the prior medications and suggested circumcision. Now, it’s been 12 days after circumcision, and I’m still having burning sensation while peeing, with small yellowish white discharge and my glans look like this now.

What might it be? It’s been 9 months of anxiety and worry I feel like my life has come to a standstill. Please if anyone can make sense out of this it’s highly appreciated.

This is how my penis looks now

Are you sure the incision isn’t getting infected? Are you on antibiotics? Have a check up to make sure everything is healing properly and after healing get another full STD screen (swab and blood work)

Hi Bella,

Thank you for your reply. I don’t think the incision is infected, as most of the areas are dry now, but I’ll check with doc in 3 days.

As far as Antibiotics, I have been under cefalexin since the day of my surgery for 3 days, Rezfuran for 5 days and Loxof for past 5 days.

Also I haven’t had sex for past 9 months, and I have done HIV, HSV1,2, VDRL,HbvAg, Urine Culture and Sensitivity both 8 months back and last week prior to my surgery.

You had a full STD screen before surgery?
Did they test for trichomoniasis?

Hi Bella,

Yes, I had full STD screen before surgery. No they didn’t test for trichomoniasis.

Hi, Do you reckon it might be Trich?

Bumping the post for additional input, please if anyone can advise.
