I've been burning down there bad and it stings. i looked with mirror down there and my left side of my vulva has a big white spot with a red border that's so painful! it looks like white discharge with a red border. does anyone know what this could be?

It looks like a severe infection of some sort, could be a STD. Make a doctors appointment or go the ER immediately and get checked.
