I been diagnosed with panic disorder and my doctor/therapist wants me to start taking antidepressants next week.So I wanted to know about some of the side effects from you guys and also how it can help me. Would it ease my physical sensations that I feel such as tingling head sensation, chest pains and muscle twitches? I would like some more feedback than three responses. I'm scared.
Everyone is different I have heard people having the worse side effects to people who dont have any at all .

I’ve been on a few. Venflaxine really seemed to help me. I didn’t get any bad side effects, just some that don’t seem to work.
Before the antidepressants, did you get any physical symptoms that it fixed/cured?
My only symptoms were light headedness and tunnel vision which it helped. My anxiety is mostly related around my vision. I don’t get the normal tight chest or trouble breathing symptoms that most get with anxiety.
