need some guidance

I have GAD , PSTD.  I have been feeling great, really great.  Anxiety will peak its head in and I had no problem geeting rid of it.  In and out, no real problem.  Then yesterday I got up from bed and wham so dizzy, I had to lay daown.  Then that started up anxiety to panic attacks.  I fought with it all day....listen to relaxing music, did chair yoga, meditated but nothing was working.  It is ten and I have been on the computer all morning, instead of starting my day.

If you rise to quickly from bed you can suffer dizziness, this is because the blood has settled and when you rise the blood rushes to the brain
