I have GAD , PSTD. I have been feeling great, really great. Anxiety will peak its head in and I had no problem geeting rid of it. In and out, no real problem. Then yesterday I got up from bed and wham so dizzy, I had to lay daown. Then that started up anxiety to panic attacks. I fought with it all day....listen to relaxing music, did chair yoga, meditated but nothing was working. It is ten and I have been on the computer all morning, instead of starting my day.
