seems like my dorsal vein is red and slightly purple. the vein starts from the base and goes along the right side, the vein around my balls are also a bit inflammed. had this for about a year after having kinky sex with my gf and using a penis pump. stopped using the pump after a week, but vein hasnt quite healed. is there any medication, cream, or frequent icing that can help with this issue?
