#  Need suggestions over multivitamins supplements

I am allergic because of which I can’t get the proper nutrition and am resulting in deficiencies now and then. Someone suggested that I should take multivitamins and named some brands like ginihealth, careof, thorne but being allergic I always fear to try any of the new vitamins or supplements. Has anyone used any of these suggestions required?

Yeah I take personalized multivitamins from ginihealth as I also used to be deficient in some vitamins and food alone was not able to fulfil the essential requirements. I must say their vitamins are quite helpful as I have noticed my health getting better than before. Also my last medical checkup came out well.
