Just wondering if anyone can recommend the best way to get rid of genital warts? I’ve been told not to use soap as that can irritate them, and I’m constantly looking at them/touching them so I think that isn’t helping. They did tell me to stop touching them as it can spread them but it’s so difficult because I like to check to see if they are going! One time last year I stopped using soap and just washed with E45 cream and water and they disappeared. But just wondered what everyone else suggests?
