Hi, it looks concerning but what are the other symptoms? Is it painful? Are you sexually active?
It looks more like pimples than ulcers. If it’s folliculitis, it looks infected… I would have it checked by a doctor in case you need antibiotics.
With its grouping I am concerned for herpes and would get it checked out by a dr.
