Hi ladies, I just developed a new symptom today that has me worrying. I started getting this sensation in my head, like there are hundreds of little needles pricking me from under my skin. It's very painful and unsettling. Is this hormones??
Sounds like a migraine symptom which are triggered during hormonal changes.
my head has been itching very bad. i dont gave dandruff nor lice. so maybe almost same ..
I have been suffering the same sensation around my body and my head too for almost two years.

Thank you for your reply! Do you find it to be very intense, at times, almost unbearably so? I’ve had shingles before and it felt like that, only much, much worse.

in 2017, I had very bad muscle pain around the body and head. It was unbearable, I had to have pain killer. Now in 2019 my sensation changes to needles on skin, sometime is bearable, sometime not. But I do not take any pain killer now. I feel if I go to do outdoor activity it is much better. Travel helps a lot. Stay with family and friends, I feel much better. Try to keep relaxed, the stress makes it worse,. Hopefully, it will go away when menopause finish. Cross our fingers!
