I received oral sex without protection from a girl. Soon after I felt a weird feeling in my genital area. I did chlamydia test and it came back negative. I don't have any burning sensation nor do I have any other symptoms. All i have is a tickling feeling at the top of my penis. No pain or anything, it tickles only. It's been 3-4 weeks now.
I'm worried about it being herpes. How long after the sexual encounter do herpes symptoms appear?
From my experience and from what I’ve read, it takes about two weeks to see symptoms.

It has been over 2 weeks and I feel pretty normal other than that funny tickling feeling I get sometimes on my penis. I'll visit my doctor and get tested for herpes to make sure it isn't it.
This tickling will be only due to rough oral sex specially using teeth. Dont worry

Got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea again and it came back negative once again . I asked the doctor for a herpes test. She doesn't believe I have herpes but will test me next week.
I still have that mild annoying feeling at the top of my penis. No discharge. No burning sensation when I pee. Just a tingling annoying feeling at the top of my penis.
The reason I am very worried about it being herpes is because I have read that some people get herpes without having the symptoms. The stress is killing me to be honest. I am extremely worried.
