I keep having this constant fear of having panic attacks and also of passing out in public and in cars that they actually cause me to feel this 'roller coaster stomach drop adrenalin' feeling.
Any suggestions on how to stop fearing anxiety attacks so that the fear doesn't make an attack actually happen???
I have been trying to figure my way out of this fearing the fear cycle for some months now! I have heard adn read that meditation techniques can be goo as well as deep breathing.....
That's usually how anxiety works
it feeds off of fear. The good news is that panic attacks cannot harm you. The more you fear them the more you feed the anxiety
A physchiatrist might be very helpful with all this.
