I have areas of pinching that are in the right shoulder particulary when reaching upwards or overhead a jolt like pain that comes and goes in the right elbow, which I think is ulnar pain an uncomfortable prickling pulling sensation under the shoulder blade more towards lower right lats which becomes much worse when twist or in certain positions like sitting in a passenger car seat which feels like right hand side of back is being pulled apart or lying fetal position when asleep on the right side which agitates that side.
Slouching over when sitting or standing doing work flares it up under the shoulder blade
Tried stretches and nerve guides for radial ulnar and median temporary relief but it comes back and the shoulder blade creeks and grinds somewhat but isn't winged or poking out.
Do a massager with heat everyday and it still remains this pain and has for months.
The areas are under shoulder blade, shoulder itself in the deltriod area, and the elbow bony part underneath. So its all right hand side of body.
