I’ve been recently experiencing unexplained sharp pains on my vaginal area, anal area. I get tingling, prickling, and burning sensations on and off on my leg, arms, feet, hands, fingers, neck, upper thigh.. you get the picture everywhere.. not so much on my genital area, more so it feels like a droplet of water has gotten on me (new) but the burning has only been limited to one area (upper thigh) I’ve been having the tingling for a long time.. don’t remember how long. and the prickling is usually at times of my extreme anxiety days.. I had a concussion a few weeks ago, I’m much better but seems like other Nero. issues have come to surface. my joints have been sore, more so when i wake up in the morning. my elbow both hurt when i woke up and my foot has been hurting when i get out of bed. sometimes by chin burns.. but of course nothing ever happens.. could this be herpe related? or something else? oh yeah, one more thing, i have vaginal irritation sometimes and it gets a little more irritated when i wash down there, it will sometimes be slightly inflamed then will go away. ive been tested for STDs, BV and yeast about a month ago.. nothing

which blood test would be ideal for my situation? is it possible to only experience nerve issues and never any skin lesions? I have really bad anxiety, there are times ill get on google, scare myself then all of a sudden, ill be experiencing those systems.. but be completely fine before. . i have health anxiety and feel like my anxiety is also playing a part but not sure . you never know.
