Nevro- implant appears to be turning off

My implant has been turning off on a regular basis. We have changed the equipment twice and they say I have to see a doctor. They will no longer replace the equipment. My rep takes sometimes a week to call me back and then says she will look into it and doesn’t call unless my husband leaves the message.

I live in New Mexico, but come to New York. A doctor friend set me up in NJ because he knew people who would get me in soon vs. New York. I would ride the bus to NJ which I don’t want to do because of Covid. I just tried calling a place in New York and they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have it done there.

So if something goes wrong you seem to be forever tied to the original surgeon. What if he is no longer practicing or you move? I don’t know what to do.
