For the last week I have had some pain that starts in the back of my head then goes up into my temples. I figured tension headache. Today I woke up and first the back of my head felt really itchy now it feels very heavy and feels like someone is pushing on my temples. I just started topiramate and citalopram could this be a side effect? Usually when my symptoms are really bad I take .25 xanax and it really helps. Took it this morning and this feeling is not going away.
