Hello guys, how is everyone doing tonight.
Been a long while since I have used this, which must only mean good things!
I've recently booked myself onto a course, which, I am all for and I want to do. Yet, apart of me is over thinking and freaking out about the situation. As of writing this I feel relaxed about the situation probably because I'm venting it out on here,l, but it happens with things like interviews, important situations. So I'm guessing that it's a good thing and that part of me is realising that I am taking a step towards the future?
On another note, does anyone get anxiety over driving? Thinking they have ran a red light or Was speeding when you know full well you haen't?
