Ok so.. Yesterday was an anxious day.. I had the random chest pains all day. They went away, came back.. Well last night I came home from walking and I had a weird pain that felt like it was my actual heart.. It came and went. It wasn't sharp, just more like I could tell it was there.. Anyways I went to bed and around 6 this morning I woke up and laid on my back. I had my arms folded a bit, and I felt the pain again.. This one was sharper and still in my heart it felt like.. When I moved on my side is stopped.. What is this?? I of course started my day off completely anxious. My back was hurting super bad yesterday from sitting in the car so long and picking up my son..
The chemicals that move thru your body from stress irrate the body. They heal but its irritating. . So many symptoms occur from the adrenaline rush..in that is adrenaline, cortisol and epinepherine. You have a lot of pain and ache memories as well. So any pain will jumo to,past experience and go straight to fight or flight and give you anxiety. I really dont know how to help in fixing that thats a personal journey if relearning and retraining yourself. All you can do is your best. And all you can do is remind yourself you are safe and your hearts fine. Part of the fight or flight is to search for answers to make sure you can escape danger. Thats why when one googles in this state of being they will surely find the worst case scenario its all intertwined in the survival mode. Since you are physically healthy run with that. Learn and practice breathing using your belly. Learn and use cbt in your thought processes..they have cbt workbooks available, gonthru your device and look at apps for breathing, anxiety, biofeedback, cbt ...its amazing the resources available. Chest pain can come from anywhere..even gas and you have had it all checked out now so time to turn all your attention to learning self calming stuff. Thats all you can do,
Hello I suffer from chest problems mine are the ribs, I have a rare Arthritis that effect the movement of my chest.
Stress can cause pains in the chest and somtimes in my case it is reffered pain
If your posture is bad like in the car, that can cause back pain and pain in the ribs that is why th seat needs adjusting for each user as we are all different.
When we go for walks and posture is bad that can effect hips back and referred pain from the spine and ribs. If we are in a hurry somtimes we can feel a stiffness in the chest and can be put down as the heart.
Generally the sensations you feel are your discomfort and we worry it is somthing that in not right. Under those conditions to put your mind at rest see your GP. It is important you are comfortable in your own skin and the anxiety you suffer from is addressed and you can move on.
BOB
So I went to the doctor.. She upped my meds to 10mg twice a day instead of 5.. She also went over my heart tests.. She said she physically cannot find nothing wrong. All tests came back showing a healthy heart. She did say though that my HR was a maximum of 169 on the holter, that was when I was sitting on the couch and I felt it after about two hours of anxiety.. She said even the ones that I marked as palps, flutters and pains weren't heart related so she really thinks my mind is just really going at it..
