Well I tend to have severe body pain lots of pressure in my head stabbing tingling sensations.my head hurts on a constant basis my glands are always swollen I go to the doctor I do all the blood work and everything comes back normal don't have a clue what's going on.when you tell your family and friends that the blood work was normal they think that you were over exaggerating or making it all up it's very frustrating when nobody knows how difficult it is to live within your own self to look normal on the outside but on the inside it's like broken glass
Sorry to hear that you are in constant pain. I hope that someone will reach you out who had similar issue. But minwhile why aren't you ask your doctor to perform FMRI or Ct-scan, so they can examine much more deeper what's really going on with you.
And don't worry about the other, friends, relatives and so on, because they are not in your skin.
Wishing you all the best.
I completely understand! It's difficult for others to understand because they're not feeling what we are feeling. It's not like a broken arm where they can actually see it.
but our symptoms are real and they all originate in the brain because when we are anxious, or brain thinks we are in trouble or danger and it sends out a hormone to protect us. When there is actually no danger, all that energy the brain has mustered up has to go somewhere so it comes out as symptoms such as tingling sensation, stabbing pains in head, etc.
so the key is to get control and manage The anxiety so that the brain settles down.
just keep in mind that any symptoms you get that are caused by anxiety cannot hurt you in anyway! They feel weird, they are annoying and sometimes scary but that is all. That's important to remember .
have you ever listen to audio meditations found on YouTube? They are excellent and completely calm my entire body down. I was able to minimize my symptoms by 98% listening to these and eating healthier, exercising, and not taking life so seriously.. Or you can just search for audio meditations anxiety or depression or getting a good sleep etc. there's many to choose from just pick the ones you like, use ear buds if you have them, like down and listen.
One I particularly like is called train your mind to relax, sleep, relieve anxiety.
these audios teach you how to separate negativity and anxiety from your thinking and by doing so, the symptoms and anxious brain are greatly diminished.
The more you listen, the more your mind starts to believe what is being said. The worst thing we can do is react with anxiety when we get symptoms because that will bring on more anxiety.
Don't forget to laugh and find things to laugh about! Believe me, I know how tough anxiety is, but we have to give ourselves a break and lighten up sometimes for relief and healing. I hope you feel better and remember never give up, be a fighter, you deserve a great life! 😁🌹.
It's such a vicious cycle. I am here and I am just like you. I'm scared and trapped in my head. I'm in pain a lot a feel nauseous and my nerves are full of adrenaline and my head is sparking electricity. I will not give up. I have seen the other side of this and you will come out of it. You will not die. Let's help people. I am here to talk anytime. You are not alone.
Brandon you have truly made my day it feels sooo good to have someone understand! Thanks
Thank you for taking your time to help and speak to me it's very lonely walk at times
I have had those test done nothing
I'm glad. It actually helps me to talk to people who can relate. It actually makes me uncomfortable to talk to people about it who can't truly relate. BTW I just got this new book called the anxiety and phobia work book by Edmund j bourne and I am finding it extremely helpful and informative. It's pretty cool. Just thought I would share if your interested. It's one day at a time but I know that in a few months (hopefully weeks) I will be back to normal but since I obviously have a tendency towards anxiety and symptoms I need to continue to work on maintaining probably forever or at least a long time. Paying attention to things like nutrition and things like that. We will feel better soon. I know it for sure. Just knowing that will help you strap on your boots and get ready to work your way out of this hole. Here we go!
