New lighting at work

Hi,

I work in a hair salon in a gym. There is no natural lighting. The gym have changed the lighting and within 15 minutes I had a migraine starting. My boss said there's nothing she can do and It can't be affecting me already and I need to toughen up as this isn't school anymore (I left school just over a year ago).

Do I have any rights? Should they change the lighting for me? If not, I may have to leave.

Clare that seems harsh! how did you get on in the end? no one replied to your comments but did you go to the CAB? hope all is well now?
