I have started new medication and seem to be getting the more side effects! I have been put on duloxrtine 30mg, i seem to have to go for a wee alot more reguarly... is this a normal side effect? does anyone else suffer this?

Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Major side effects observed with this medicine are nausea, somnolence, insomnia, dizziness and dry mouth. However frequent urination is not reported with the use of this medicine. Could you please let me know if you are taking any additional medicine along with Duloxetine?
Frequent urination is also associated with anxiety or stress. Please consult with your GP for prescribed dose of antidepressant. You may need to change the dose of medicines. Also try cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) along with medicines. It will help you to overcome your depression.
Thanks for the reply im in contact with my GP just wonding if anyone else had these side effects. Im currently taking zopiclone, duloxetine and olanzapine.

Zopiclone may cause frequent micturition, but the incidence of this side effect is less common. I think your problem is stress related.
