I was told to try Yeast Arrest Vitamins...you can get them at a whole foods store im not sure if you can order them online but i will be going to the store and trying them out...i also think i would get great results if i use metro gel with it...since them metro gel helped me better then anything i tried before the combo should be great...so ladies go try Yeast Arest Vitamins and i will post a update about it...wish me luck.
If it has the same or similar stuff as the suppositories I see why it would help that is because of the Borax. It is a derivitive of boric acid. I make my own boric acid suppositories and have been bv free for quite some time now. Metro gel never worked for me only while I was on it and soon as I stopped id get a yeast infection and the bv would be back. good luck.

I make my own boric acid capsules using double 00 size gelatin capsules and use a vaginal applicator to make sure I get them in far enough. All of these things can be bought online (the most widely used website where you can find anything) at a very modest price. I did this for 1 1/2 years and then the boric acid started to burn. doing my due diligence research, I found a discussion on this site about the different acidophilus bacteria that our vaginas are lacking. I found a product called accuflora that contains these 3 bacteria. two pills twice a day. Mind you, it took about a month of taking these pills before I was happy with the results. At the same time, I was using boric acid to keep the smell and itch down. It has been about six months and I only use boric acid once or twice a month and I definitely feel better. Price for these pills runs about $12 for 60 pills but you can buy them online at the same widely used website for less.
