Hi all
Well I have been getting so worked up today about starting mirtazipine. Been in a right state. Anyway I have bitten the bullet took it about 10.00pm, its now 10.20pm my eyes are really tired my head is fuzzy and I think I will have to go to bed. They did say on their forum the first one should take effect really quick. They weren't wrong. So here's hoping a good nights sleep and I wake in the morning and no dreams zzzzzz

Hi Tina, I've been taking Mitazapine for about a month now and my dreams became really vivid. On the plus side they're not as unpleasant.
I usually feel quite dopey on a morning too and for a 5am riser I sleep In late.

Haven't got a clue really, first night got very sleepy about 20 mins after taking it. Slept not too bad still woke up, the effects are now taking longer after taking it. I get very angry at the slightest thing, the cpn thinks that could be partial withdrawal from cit too. Not feelimg too bad in the morning so far and haven't got the munchies yet which a lot of people tend to get. stayed off alcohol as they keep saying that doesn't help but when I get really up set or up tight I think dtuff it and have a drink.
