So i've recently discovered a new mole on my left pinky finger- it seems to be getting bigger.
i take photos of when i do my nails for my instagram and i used to the same hand every time and there was no mole before.
im only 22 - do you think this is normal or should i get this checked?
Its probably nothing at all but because it has a slightly uneven outline and you are concerned I think you should get it checked. If it keeps growing,or itches or bleeds then definitely get it checked.
Hi…looking at the pictures of your mole, it does look pretty normal. You can get new moles all your life, though they do tend to slow down after the age of 40. You need to compare it to the size of pencil top, if it gets bigger than that, or starts to become uneven or change colour, then you should go and get it checked.
