I started yesterday and after reading the information i think you do not take a tablet if the meal is meat free,
maybe you can help me, i was not given a diet to follow so not sure how much fat per meal i should be
eating, i have not experianced the oil filled poo that a lot of people have told me i would, maybe it's just early days, good luck
I was told not to take a pill if your meal is fat-free, but except for snacking on raw veggies, most meals will contain some fat.
If you eat a fat free meal or skip a meal you dont need to take a tablet but as above, most meals contain some form of fat.
i was on these over a year ago and lost weight then they stopped them but back on them now and i take them regularly 3 times a day no matter what i eat as it all works the same that way you know you have taken them and they work that way aswell :-)
