I dont know if these are herpe sores. Backstory: I
have had external hemorrhoids for over a year. Never had sores or blisters before but now i have an external thrombosed hemorrhoid and there are blisters in the area. I haven’t had sex in years and never oral to anal or penetrative to anal sex. These do not hurt and are not painful but can be itchy and probably why they have opened up. I searched up that there can be blisters and sores with external hemorrhoids but not sure if this is that. I have attached a pic of what they look like before and after please help
