New symptoms at work, very scared right now.

It started a couple weeks after I got over constipation.  I would go into work after 6-7 hours of sleep (the amount varies) and randomly I'd get bouts of dizziness and slight lack of coordination.  I shrugged it off as merely a result of stress, anxiety and lack of sleep and continued through the week.  Now, I'm about 5' 3" and 172lbs (and slowly losing weight) and I stay up late.  I'm not the healthiest eater, though I'm trying to change that, though as far as stress and anxiety goes, it feels like I'm fighting a losing battle.   Work stresses me out a lot.

Now onto Thursday, I had only gotten 5 hours of sleep the night before, and I was feeling sluggish, but right before I left work, the fatigue I was feeling hit me hard: I could walk in a straight line but I felt sleepy and weak, I didn't feel numb though I had split-second bouts of muscle ache in my chest and arms, I could still see but I felt detached, like I was in autopilot, and I had a slight headache developing.  I thought it was a result of sleep deprivation, so I got a decent amount of sleep the night before, but the vertigo/dizziness lingered during the day. Once I got home, the symptoms gradually went away.  On friday I had a full-blown headache during the day, but it wasn't unbearable and after taking a pain pill I felt it go down, though I was still tired and I felt pressure in my forehead and behind my eyes. On Saturday I wake up feeling fine, though as soon as I walk out the door and got into the car I could still feel vertigo/lack of coordination, and I also have muscle tension on my chest, though when I press down on a spot under my armpit it was very sore to the touch and that alleviates the muscle tension.  Now onto today,  I felt the same sensation of vertigo/dizziness today, but as soon as I get home and I'm in bed, I feel fine, though I still feel a subtle headache on the right side of my head.  Can someone tell me what is going on?  I don't want to think it's something like a stroke or heart trouble, but honestly I don't know what to think anymore.  I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

I've gone through the common symptoms of stroke, as well, and I didn't have numbness in my face or body and no muscle weakness in my face or body.

Not gone through, but looked up

One thing you can have checked is your eyes, if it has been over two years you are ready to have them checked.

You mention dizziness and other problems, if your fluid intake is poor and your diet has a a lot to desire, change your diet and see how you go, you mention you are on a diet and loosing weight, that may cause dizziness and other related problems

If you want to loose weight talk to your GP and explain your needs, He will also give you a diet sheet or put you in contact with a Dietician  and they will keep an eye on you.

If you poke the area under your armpit there are many veins there, also tendons and some other sensitive things, it will hurt if you press hard

You mention work and the problems you have on your way home, if you are tired after a long stressful day and not taken any breaks or fluids that may cause problems.

You also mention you are a late night addict. Generally most of the population gets enough sleep at seven hours sometimes less, the older we get the less sleep we need. Although if you are starved of sleep, under five hours that may effect you during the day, you will not be at the peek of your game. Get to bed  earlier.

You could talk to your GP, make a list of your problems and that will help you discuss those problems you seem to have.  You may be stressed, your GP will diagnose.

I would say talk to your doctor. Maybe it’s to do with your ears, like an infection,  as that can cause issues with balance. It also sounds like the symptoms of migraine with the headaches. Pain behind the eyes is a well known sign and it’s quite normal for it to cause pain on one side of the head, that’s what mine does. I’m no doctor though, so always best to get checked over and put your mind at rest. I’ve been to my GP in a right state thinking I had something terrible wrong with me but they are there to help, whether a problem is physical or mental. All the best.

I'm not on a diet, per se, but I'm reducing the amount of unhealthy food I eat on a regular basis, replacing it with fruits and lean protein.  I'm not one for exercise either, especially in the winter, though I've made a habit of riding my bike when the weather is warm.  I'll see if I can make an appointment soon. Thanks for the answer.
