Hi India Rose. It does sound like you've got yourself well organised with the tablets. Like you I was shocked to find how much fat was in things, especially things I thought were healthy. Good luck, I am sure you will do just great.

Hi India-Rose

Welcome to the forum

Sounds like you've got it sorted with the tablets and looks like you have been doing your homework - I was like you and shocked at how much fat there are in things that I thought were quite healthy. You've done well to give up smoking and I'm sure you'll succeed in losing the weight :D

Thanks for your support and encouragement and i am sure with all your kind words we can support each other and make our journey a weight-less one!lol

Can't 'weight' to congratulate you after your weigh ins
