New to Setraline

I have been on Setraline for 4 days now and totally worn out - severe headache down one side, out of sorts, cant sleep, tiredness and like a zombie. Does this go away and how soon has anyone started to feel a slight difference? I can handle some of the issues but this headache is awful and wake up with it so it a struggle to last a whole day?

Sorry you’re having such bad side effects. I didn’t get anything severe but felt odd for sure for about a week. Every time I increase the dose I go through something similar. Everyone’s body is different, so side effects can be pretty bad for some people. If it’s too much, maybe you should tell your doctor?
